Pertanto, BONVICINI SPA invita gli Utenti che possono non essere considerati come “Consumatori Finali”, ad evitare sia il tentativo di stabilire relazioni di affari con BONVICINI SPA sia l’utilizzo di profili di terze parti per avanzare ordini d’acquisto relativi alla merce in vendita. Le carte di credito per i “Pre-Ordini” saranno autorizzate una volta confermato l’ordine e l’importo addebitato tre settimane dopo aver impostato l’ordine o la data di spedizione, a seconda di quale avvenga prima. Nel caso in cui la merce riservata non possa essere fornita, sulla carta di credito del Cliente sarà prontamente riaccreditata la relativa somma di deposito.

The items featured on the web site reflect the actual availability of the item in the color and size. The site is linked to all the holdings of BONVICINI including warehouses and boutiques. BONVICINI SPA declines every responsibility, due to Clients who purchase the same item virtually at the same moment on line, the final availability of the product. Though, this is rare, it can occur.

Submission of the web site to the Italian law, in particular to the Court of Florence, Italy states:

Order Payment

Credit Card

Clients place orders on line and provide credit card details to a crypted and protected Bank affiliated with BONVICINI, Monte Dei Paschi . Monte Dei Paschi accepts Visa and American Express. The amount of the order is immediately authorized by the bank and Clients are given an order number from Monte Dei Paschi . This number consists of the letter T and a five digit number. For Example: T12345.

This amount is then approved by Monte Dei Paschi where following security checks will reveal if the funds are available, the card is valid and the Client’s personal data information is correct. We remind first-time Clients that often this process may delay immediate shipping.

To ensure immediate shipping we recommend clients to supply a security code for their credit card. Visa card holders can register for Verified by Visa security code and MasterCard holders can register for a MasterCard SecureCode. Credit cards will be debited in Euro, and thus due to currency fluctuations, the final price in the Client’s home country currency will vary from day to day.

 

Bank Wire Transfer

If Clients do not have a credit card, or for security reasons do not want to place the order with a credit card, BONVICINI accepts a Bank Wire Transfer as an alternative method of payment.

To order by Bank Wire Transfer, Clients are requested to write an E-mail to: shopping@bonvicini.it with their first and last name, shipping address, telephone number, and the item codes of the order. Clients will then receive an E-mail confirmation with the availability of the merchandise, the final total amount and the bank details for the wire transfer.

 

Pre-orders and available order payment

We remind our Clients in Russia, that for customs purposes in their home country, BONVICINI accepts Bank Wire Transfer as the sole method of payment. Please contact shopping@bonvicini.it for further information.

When a client places an order with Pre-Order Items and Available Items initially the orders are processed as two separate orders. However, on request, the two orders can be shipped together when the Pre-Order merchandise arrives. Note, though, that the credit card will then be authorized for the “two” shipments when the order is placed. BONVICINI will manually only charge the credit card for the ONE shipment the day the orders are dispatched.

If the Pre-Order Items and the Available Items exceed Euro 500,00 the shipment fees are waived. The Order Department will not charge the credit card for the “two” shipments previously authorized.

To ship Pre-Order Items and Available Items when the Pre-Order Items arrive please send your Shipment/Billing Requests to: shopping@bonvicini.it.

Pre-Order Payment

Clients can place orders for merchandise that is slated to arrive at a later date. These orders are called “Pre-Orders”. At the time the Client places the order, the credit card is authorized for “X” amount. BONVICINI will charge the card within three weeks of order placement or, if the merchandise arrives earlier, the date of shipment, whichever comes first.

BONVICINI reminds clients that “Pre-Orders” are slated to arrive before the end of the month indicated on the web site. This may mean that shipment of the “Pre-Order” can be a couple of months from order placement.

When a client places an order with Pre-Order Items and Available Items initially the orders are processed as two separate orders. However, on request, the two orders can be shipped together when the Pre-Order merchandise arrives. Note, though, that the credit card will then be authorized for the “two” shipments when the order is placed. BONVICINI will manually only charge the credit card for the ONE shipment the day the orders are dispatched.

Order Update

Clients can obtain an update of the status of their order by sending an E-mail to shopping@bonvicini.it. The E-mail must include the first and last name under which the order was placed, the shipping address and the “T” number assigned by the Monte Dei Paschi . For Example: “T12345”.

Shipment Information

BONVICINI SPA ships worldwide. Shipments within the European Community and outside the European Community are with FedEx express. Shipments within Italy are delivered by Bartolini Corriere Espresso.

As per laws regulating commerce and trade, all shipments are accompanied with an official invoice with the declared values of each item. Discounted items reflect the discounted prices.

DDP (Delivery Duty Paid)

For Clients hailing from countries in the European Community, import duties, custom fees and local sales taxes are calculated and included within the purchase price as published on the web site.

Participating countries include:

Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain (UK), Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid)

Shipments outside of the European Community are subject to import duties, local taxes and customs fees. Payment of these DDU fees is the sole responsibility of the Client. BONVICINI SPA informs Clients outside of the European Community, prior to dispatching shipments, that payment of DDU fees are the Client’s responsibility as per their home country’s policies.

However, Clients outside of the European Community are exempt from local Italian VAT taxes.

The prices of the products published on the web site www.bonvicini.it reflect the actual retail price of the goods which include the local Italian VAT taxes.

For Example: An Item that retails on the site for Euro 900.00 is actually Euro 743.80 for a Client whose shipping address is outside of the European Community. To calculate the prices on-line less the VAT tax take the retail cost of the item and divide by 1.21 - “900 divided by 1.21 = 743.80”.

US clients please note:

To receive an import, the US government custom’s agency requires a social security number.

 

VAT Exemption

Clients who live outside of the European Community are entitled to VAT tax exemption. The shipment of the order must be to an address outside of the European Community. The final invoice will reflect this tax exemption.

Shipment Date

Orders will be shipped once the payment has been authorized and the merchandise is in stock.

Orders exceeding Euro 500,00 are free of shipping charges.

Please be reminded, that for shipments outside of the European Community, the order must exceed Euro 500,00 after the VAT deductions. (see below).

Shipment Tracking

When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail specifying the tracking number. Clients can trace the shipments at www.fedex.com (shipments with FedEx) or www.bartolini.it (Italian shipments with Bartolini).

Open the courier’s website and enter the Tracking Number in the field provided for “tracking” shipment. The web page will change, showing the exact movements of the parcel as recorded by the courier. In the event of eventual delays in Customs, Clients may be notified directly by FedEx or Bartolini or by BONVICINI SPA.

 

Shipping Insurance

BONVICINI SPA shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer covered by the insurance.

 

Return Policy

If for any reason, Clients are not satisfied with the order, the unused item(s) can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Clients must follow the official BONVICINI SPA RETURN POLICY as stated here below:

- The original BONVICINI RETURN TAG must be attached to the item(s) with the original clip. This Return Tag and yellow security cord must not be removed or cut in any way.

- Clients must contact shopping@bonvicini.it with a written request to return the item (s) within 14 days from the date of delivery.

- The written request must include the Item Code Number(s) of the item(s) to be returned and the compensation for the return: refund, size exchange, color exchange or item exchange.

- Once the written request is received, shopping@bonvicini.it will send a written confirmation to the Client including the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

BONVICINI SPA will not accept non-authorized returns.

- Clients must write this RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER on the return tag.

- The returned item(s) must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent and packaged in an orderly fashion.

- The return of the unused item(s) must reach BONVICINI within 14 days of the written confirmation from shopping@bonvicini.it.

- The shipment of the returned item, import fees and duty charges are entirely at the cost of the Client.

- In the case of defective merchandise, or an error in the order on the part of BONVICINI, Clients must follow the instructions above. BONVICINI reserves the right to request photographic support for returns regarding defective merchandise before authorizing the return and the eventual charges for the shipment, import fees and duty charges. BONVICINI will ship Clients the returned corrected goods free of charge.

Please note that all sales are FINAL for items discounted at 70% and 80% and are non-returnable.

 

Exchange and Refund Policy

All authorized returned merchandise is subject to re-entry inspection which is at the sole discretion of BONVICINI and must meet all the requirements as listed under the Return Policy. If the returned item(s) does not pass re-entry inspection, BONVICINI will offer the Client the option to re-accept the item at the cost of the Client.

If the authorized returned item(s) passes re-entry inspection, the Client will receive a confirmation of the return from shopping@bonvicini.it

The corrected merchandise will be sent to Clients free of charge.

If the Client has requested a refund, the refund, less the original shipping charges, will appear on the Client’s credit card statement within two billing cycles. The billing cycles may differ from credit card to credit card.
